I started getting insured with Spathies about a year ago. The service and communication have been timely and friendly. I think small brokers like Spathies are the way to go. They’ll save you money and give you more personal service compared to large insurance firms.

I had to shop many insurers to find reasonable coverage for a new-to-me home, and was glad to have found Laura Jean Spathies. She was easy to work with, and readily available by phone and email to address questions and get the paperwork needed by the various players. When the title company lost the payment for the insurance, Laura Jean was uncommonly helpful and responsive, working to make sure my insurance remained in force and taking responsibility for getting the payment delivered herself.

Very pleasant experience working with Laura. She goes above and beyond to find the best fitting policy for the customers and she seems to always find the best pricing. Great communication and great customer service!

Each and every time I have requested certificate of insurance or a bond, last minute, for one of my construction projects, Laura has promptly taken care of it without delay. Her attention to the needs of my policy coverage is professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had other insurance companies and I can honestly state that Spathies Insurance Agency is the best I’ve EVER had. I call and Laura answers the phone. She follows up to make sure my requests have been met!!!

I’ve had Spathies insurance for years and they’re great. They’re always available at your beck and call and offer great advice. They will give advice that’s in the best interest of you the client and not their business. I had an accident two years ago and they walked me through everything and were very supportive. My car was almost totaled and everything was covered. Highly recommend!
